Briohny Smyth and Virginie Duval are driven business women who love working out but dont always have the time. They created these fast, effective, and fun workouts to motivate and uplift you in you in your physical practice and beyond. 

Bri is a mama of two, a yoga teacher and entrepreneur in the wellness industry. She has been teaching Yoga for the past 10 years and shares her passion for yoga and business online and through her yoga teacher trainings.

Virginie's started teaching movement over half a decade ago and has created a thriving online business and community through her drive and passion for mixed movement.

 

FAST

With a busy schedule it's not always easy to find time to workout. And when you do, it's important that your workouts are in a timeframe that works for your busy schedule. Motivated movement workouts are under 20 minutes and get straight to the point. 

EFFICIENT

A busy women needs a workout that gets the heart rate up, tones muscles, challenge the mind and body, increases endorphines and creates overall balance in life. Every workout in Motivated Movement is designed to do all of the above.

Getting motivated to workout at home on your own is a challenge and we know that from personal experience. We created these fun and challenging workouts to motivate each other and you. Working out isn't easy but with a friend, it's fun!
